No do not panic as you have 5 weeks to get out of debt before being claimed bankrupt and losing your team. Below is the process of bankruptcy proceedings.
* Week 1 - Nothing happens, you are just in debt
* Week 2 - You receive a warning email about your debt levels
* Week 3 - Coaches leave your club, the youth academy is closed down and you receive another email.
* Week 4 - You will receive an email about your debt
* Week 5 - Your team is declared bankrupy
Bankruptcy is only checked once a week before your finances are taken out on Saturday so if during the week you managed to get into positive funds but are in debt again after your expenses are taken out it will not reset the bankruptcy week count.
